vanilla cherry bomb smoothie

not only is this protein shake delicious, but it’s healthy! don’t you just love it when that happens? i especially like to imbibe this purple potion after a good work-out, it’s extra refreshing!

ingredients: {1 serving}
• 1/2 cup greek yogurt {1% fage is great}
• 1/3 cup coconut milk {or any kind of milk that you like}
• 1 T good quality maple syrup
• 1 to 2 t natural, unsalted, crunchy peanut butter
• 1/4 cup organic frozen cherries {any kind of berries that you have on hand}
• 1/4 cup organic frozen or fresh mini blueberries
• cinnamon {a couple dashes to taste}
• 1 t or little scoop of vanilla protein powder – sun warrior is tasty {optional}
• 1 t maca powder {optional}

to do:
blend all of the ingredients together in a blender and serve immediately. enjoy!
