now i know what you may be thinking, top ramen? i ate that in college, it’s barely a meal. but it actually is! there are so many things that you can do with these noodles. one thing i like to do is add paper-thin slices of steak, beef or chicken and/or various kinds of vegetables. i just leave the slices in the freezer and take them out when i need them. i also love to add chinese and japanese pickles believe it or not, so good! and whatever variation you decide to go with, lots of chopped scallions are always a good idea.
