cantaloupe and ice-cream

one of my all-time favorite ways in which to eat vanilla ice-cream is when it’s lodged inside a juicy cantaloupe! as far as i’m concerned, if melon always tasted this good, there would be no need for candy, or even ice-cream for that matter.. well on second thought, maybe there would be.

• one ripe and juicy preferably organic cantaloupe
• vanilla bean ice-cream

to do:
slice your cantaloupe in half with a sharp knife. scoop out the seeds from the centers and fill with ice-cream. serve immediately and enjoy! like i even needed to say that :)
